Powerway PW150 Cable Ladder Range
The Powerway PW150 Cable Ladder is the ultimate extreme heavy-duty cable management solution engineered for the harshest and most critical installations worldwide—including offshore platforms, mining, petrochemical refineries, and major infrastructure projects. Constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel (AS1594/AS1397) with a minimum 55µm coating (HDG post-fabrication), the PW150 range far exceeds NEMA 20C requirements and complies fully with AS/NZS 61537, IEC 61537, and AS/NZS 3000. Its 150mm deep side rails combined with heavy-gauge welded rungs at 300mm centers deliver unmatched rigidity and load performance, routinely achieving unsupported spans of 6–8 metres while supporting cable loads exceeding 250–350 kg/m (safety factor 1.5+ depending on width and support configuration).
The complete PW150 range includes:
Straights: 3m  lengths in widths from 150mm to 1000mm with slotted rungs and fully pre-punched rails for rapid assembly and cable securing.
90° Bends: Horizontal and vertical bends with 450mm radius options; fully factory-welded for maximum strength.
Droppers: 90° vertical down sections for seamless equipment or floor-level transitions.
Risers: Internal and external 90° vertical up bends maintaining full load capacity across elevation changes.
Tees: Equal and unequal configurations for high-capacity three-way junctions.
