The Powerway PW100 Cable Ladder is an extra heavy-duty cable management system designed for the most demanding industrial, mining, and infrastructure applications where superior load-bearing capacity and long unsupported spans are critical. Built from high-grade hot-dip galvanized steel (AS1594/AS1397) with a minimum 55µm coating for exceptional corrosion resistance, the PW100 range meets NEMA 20C load standards (and higher in many configurations) and fully complies with AS/NZS 61537 and AS/NZS 3996. With 100mm side rails and robust welded rungs at 300mm centers, it delivers outstanding structural integrity, achieving spans up to 6m+ while safely supporting cable loads in excess of 200kg/m (safety factor 1.5).
This comprehensive range includes:
- Straights: Standard 3m (150mm–1000mm widths) with slotted rungs and pre-punched rails for rapid splicing and cable tie-down.
- 90° Bends: Horizontal and vertical flat or radius bends 450mm, factory-welded for precise, seamless routing.
- Droppers: 90° vertical downward sections (standard 300mm–600mm drop) for clean transitions from ladder to equipment or lower levels.
- Risers: Internal and external 90° vertical upward bends to maintain continuity during elevation changes.
- Tees: Equal and unequal tees for efficient three-way branching of cable runs.
- 4-Way Crossovers: Robust intersection fittings for complex four-direction cable routing in high-density installations.
- Covers: Heavy-duty clip-on galvanized ; available in flat with secure turnbuckle fastening for full weather, UV, and debris protection.
All fittings incorporate the Powerway Quick-Connect tool-free splicing system—achieving secure joints in under 60 seconds—and maintain full system compatibility with Powerway cable tray, and support brackets. Perfect for petrochemical plants, heavy manufacturing, tunnels, and offshore platforms requiring AS3013:2005 WS classification fire performance and extreme durability.
