The Medium Duty (MCT) Cable Tray is a durable, mid-tier cable management system engineered for commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, hospitals, schools, and data centers requiring reliable support for moderate cable volumes. Fabricated from pre-galvanized steel (Z275 coating per AS1397) or hot-dip galvanized post-fabrication, it features a U-profile with 25 mm return flange for enhanced stiffness, cable protection, and safe handling. Fully compliant with NEMA 12C and AS/NZS 61537, it supports safe working loads of 40–70 kg/m over 3 m spans (safety factor 1.5). Available in 38 mm height.
The complete range includes:
Straights: 3 m and 6 m lengths in widths 76 mm to 610 mm.
90° Horizontal Bends: Factory-formed with 450mm radius.
Horizontal Tees & Crosses: Equal and unequal configurations for branching and intersections.
Internal & External Risers: 90° vertical up/down transitions (75 mm rise/drop standard).
Covers: Clip-on flat  covers in galvanized with turnbuckle fastening for indoor/outdoor use.
All fittings employ a boltless Fast-Splice system with integrated couplers and pre-inserted spring nuts—enabling secure, tool-minimal connections in under 30 seconds with guaranteed electrical continuity. Compatible with wall brackets, ceiling hangers, and underfloor supports.
