The Heavy Duty (HCT) Cable Tray is a high-strength, solid-bottom cable management system built for demanding industrial, mining, petrochemical, and infrastructure environments where large cable volumes, heavy loads, and harsh conditions prevail. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (minimum 55µm coating post-fabrication per AS1594/AS1397) with optional 316 stainless steel, it features a deep U-profile with 40 mm return flange for maximum rigidity and full cable containment. Exceeds NEMA 20A/20B standards and complies with AS/NZS 61537 and IEC 61537, supporting safe working loads of 100–180 kg/m over 4 m spans (safety factor 1.5). Available in 76 mm height.

Straights: 3 m and 6 m lengths in widths 76 mm to 610 mm.
90° Horizontal Bends: Factory-welded with 450 mm radius.
Horizontal Tees & Crosses: Equal/unequal tees and full 4-way junctions for complex networks.
Internal & External Risers: 90° vertical up/down bends maintaining full load capacity.
Covers: Heavy-duty clip-on flat covers in HDG with turnbuckle locking for dust, moisture, and mechanical protection.
All components use a Quick-Lock boltless splice system with high-strength alignment plates and captive fasteners—delivering certified, vibration-resistant joints in under 60 seconds with full electrical continuity. Compatible with heavy-duty support systems including cantilever arms, trapeze hangers, and seismic brackets.
Certified to AS3013:2005 WSX2 fire performance and suitable for corrosive, offshore, and hazardous area installations.
