The Heavy Duty (CL130) Cable Ladder is a high-capacity, rugged cable support system designed for industrial plants, mining operations, petrochemical facilities, tunnels, and infrastructure projects demanding exceptional load-bearing performance and long unsupported spans. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (minimum 55µm coating post-fabrication per AS1594/AS1397) with optional 316 stainless steel, it features 130 mm side rails and robust welded rungs at 300 mm centers for maximum rigidity and ventilation. Exceeds NEMA 20C requirements and fully complies with AS/NZS 61537 and IEC 61537, supporting safe working loads of 150–250 kg/m over 6 m spans (safety factor 1.5).

Straights:  6 m lengths in widths 300 mm to 1000 mm 
90° Horizontal Bends: Factory-welded with 450 mm or 600 mm radius.
45° Horizontal Bends: For gradual heavy-load routing.
Horizontal Tees & Crosses: Equal/unequal tees and full 4-way intersections for complex layouts.
Internal & External Risers: 90° vertical up/down bends preserving full structural integrity.
Droppers: 90° downward transitions (300–900 mm drop) for equipment-level access.
Covers: Heavy-duty clip-on flat or peaked covers in HDG  with turnbuckle locking for weather, debris, and UV protection.
All components utilize a Quick-Connect boltless splice system with high-strength alignment couplers and captive fasteners—achieving certified joints in under 60 seconds while ensuring full electrical continuity and seismic compliance. Compatible with heavy-duty brackets, cantilever arms, and trapeze systems.
Certified to AS3013:2005 WSX2 fire classification and suitable for harsh environments including offshore and corrosive zones.
