The Light Duty (LCT) Cable Tray is a lightweight, economical cable management solution tailored for low-load applications in commercial offices, retail spaces, schools, data comms rooms, and suspended ceiling installations. Constructed from pre-galvanized steel (Z275 coating per AS1397) with optional hot-dip galvanizing, it features a U-shaped profile with 15 mm return flange for rigidity and cable edge protection. Fully compliant with NEMA 8A/8B and AS/NZS 61537, it supports safe working loads of 10–25 kg/m over 2 m spans (safety factor 1.5). Available in 25 mm height standard.

90° Horizontal Bends: Pre-formed with 100 mm radius.
Horizontal Tees: Equal split for basic branching.
Internal Risers: 90° vertical up bends (50 mm rise standard).
Covers: Lightweight clip-on galvanized covers with spring-clip fastening for dust control.
Connections use a boltless snap-fit splice system with integrated spring clips for tool-free assembly in seconds and full electrical continuity. Stainless steel option available for damp or hygienic areas.
